The firm has built over the years a robust portfolio and pipeline of high growth businesses of an international character focused on environmental services, natural resources-related industries, and consumer-related services.

We play an active role as a strategic partner and board member of our portfolio companies providing hands-on assistance with the ultimate goal of designing the strategies that will significantly create and/or increase value for the company. Our investment team has a successful track record of running and growing companies in the areas of environmental services, natural resources-related industries, and consumer-related services.

We have diligent investment screening, evaluation and decision-making processes combined with a strong team of research, financial analysis and due diligence, which enable the firm to thoroughly understand the key strategic, operational, financial and legal aspects of each business.
Corporate Governance
We abide by the strictest investment and corporate governance standards. Our investment committee, board of directors, surveillance committee members, and auditors, are actively involved in enforcing such standards within the organization and our portfolio companies. We are also registered with the Chilean Securities and Exchange Commission (Superintendencia de Valores y Seguros - SVS).
Extensive Deal Flow
We have an extensive local, regional and global network of investors, strategic relationships and advisors that provide high quality deal flow and exit opportunities. We also have formal and informal relationships with investment and commercial banks, as well as legal, accounting, and consulting firms, government and multilateral agencies, and other entities that allow for deals to be generated by, and closed with, qualified, informed and trusted sources.
