Investment Criteria
The Fund looks for companies that display the following characteristics:
- High growth potential (revenue and profitability)
- Valuation - attractive return potential and price that allows for risk-adjusted return
- Opportunity for liquidity event within 5 to 7 years (average)
- Innovative processes and/or technologies
- Proprietary assets that offer a sustainable competitive advantage (e.g., defensible intellectual property market position)
- Strong management team / high level of coach-ability
- Large market opportunity
