Mr. Eyzaguirre is Eyzaguirre & Cía.’s Senior Partner where he specializes in banking law, capital markets, finance, commercial law, corporate law, foreign investment, securities, insurance, M&A and corporate restructuring, admiralty and maritime law, aviation law and arbitration.
From 1971 to 2006, Mr. Eyzaguirre was a Partner of Claro & Cía., where he was in charge of the business, corporate (including M&A), banking and finance practice groups. He has also worked at Norton Rose in London in 1982.
Mr. Eyzaguirre was a member of the commission in charge of drafting the Chilean Aeronautic Code in 1976 and currently a member of the International and Inter-American Bar Associations.
Mr. Eyzaguirre has a LL.B. from the Universidad de Chile and was a Professor of Commercial Law at the Universidad de Chile from 1976 to 2000.

Mr. Philipsen has 19 years of experience in the areas of finance and audit management.
Mr. Philipsen is the CEO of Group Machiels, a Belgium-based company that is focused on environmental management, real estate and diversification, where he has worked for 14 years.
Previously he was the Finance Director of Interlabor Belgium and the Managing Director and Finance Director of Center Parcs Belgium. Prior to that he worked for Emerson Electric, Ridge Tool Europe and Deloitte, Haskins & Sells in Belgium, Africa, Malaysia and Singapore.
Mr. Philipsen graduated from the University of Leuven where he studied Economic Sciences.
