Mr. Gusenbauer has over 30 years of political and consulting experience in Europe.
Mr. Gusenbauer is the head of the private consulting company that he founded, which advises a range of corporations in Central & Eastern Europe, Latin America and the Middle East.
Mr. Gusenbauer has a long and distinguished career in politics. He was the Prime Minister of Austria from January 2007 to December 2008. He was the President of the Social Democratic Party (SPÖ) of Austria from 2000-2008. From 1991 to 2007, he was a member of the Austrian Parliament and a member of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe. He chaired several parliamentary committees in Austria and Europe. He currently serves as Vice-President of both the Socialist Party of Europe (PES) and the Socialist International (SI).
Mr. Gusenbauer studied law, political science, philosophy and economics at the University of Vienna, completing his Ph.D. in 1987. He holds an honorary doctorate of the Herzliah University in Israel and is Senator of the European Academy of Science.
Mr. Gusenbauer is teaching International and European affairs as a professor at large at Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island, and as the first James Leitner Global Fellow at Columbia University in New York City.
Mr. Rudolf Binder

Mr. Binder has 30 years of experience as a successful entrepreneur in the entertainment and hospitality industries in South America (e.g. Chile, Peru, Mexico, Ecuador and Paraguay, among others) and Europe.
Mr. Binder is an entrepreneur from Vienna, Austria.
He is a partner with Novomatic AG in various businesses in Germany and Spain, as well as Ecuador, Peru and other countries in South America, which includes a recent USD300 million investment in an international entertainment and resort complex in Chile.
Dr. Alfred Liebich

Mr. Liebich has 36 years of experience in consulting and investment banking in Europe.
He is a management consultant specialized on the areas of business strategy, mergers & acquisitions, corporate finance and turnaround management.
Mr. Liebich has had a distinguished career in investment banking, working at senior levels in the entertainment and hotel/travel industries in Austria, Germany and the U.S. He was formerly a board member of the largest Austrian banking corporation and one of the largest Austrian travel agencies and tour operators, among others.
He served as the economics advisor to a former Austrian Minister of Finance and on the board of a large international NGO. He was also an advisor to the owners of one of the largest European gaming corporations.
Mr. Liebich studied business administration and law at the University of Vienna and completed his studies with a Ph.D.
