Mr. Jaime Munita

Mr. Munita has over 18 years of senior level banking experience in Chile. Today, he is an advisor to the Board of Directors of Corp Group in Chile.
Until January 2011, he was the Executive Director of Celfin Capital S.A., one of Chile’s most prominent investment banks. He previously served as the Director of the Global Markets and Treasury Division at Banco Santander Chile. Prior to that, he was the General Manager of Santander S.A. General Fund Manager from 2003 to 2006 and the Director of Santander’s securitization company from 2001 to 2003.
Mr. Munita was the Commercial Treasury Manager from 2000 to 2003 at Banco Santander Chile and from 1999 to 2000, he was the General Manager of Santander S.A. Bond Agent. Prior to that, he was a Corporate Finance Manager at Banco Santander Chile from 1997 to 1999.
Mr. Munita is a Commercial Engineer with a Business Administration degree from the Universidad Finis Térrea (1993) and has a Master of Business Administration, MBA International Programme, Full Time, from the Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez (1997). He also completed the "CEO Management Program" at the Kellogg School of Management in Illinois.
Mr. Carl Ludwig Schönfeldt

Mr. Schönfeldt has 19 years of experience in the areas of finance and administration, commercial management and audit management.
Mr. Schönfeldt is the head of an SME financing company based in Vienna, Austria which focuses on Central and Eastern European SME companies in the so- called "Old Economy".
Previously he was CFO at Constantia Industries, an Austrian privately-held conglomerate, internationally active in the construction, furniture, sports and energy sectors. Prior to that, Mr. Schönfeldt was co-founder of an Austrian tax advisory and auditing group and has worked for several well-known companies, such as KPMG.
Mr. Schönfeldt studied Business Administration at the Universities of Vienna and Innsbruck.
